Patricio was born in the city of Rancagua, Chile, and is a Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He was President of the Student Union and academic assistant during his undergraduate studies. Most recently Patricio worked as an Executive Director of the Foundation in charge of managing the Churches of Chiloé world heritage site. He also worked as Regional Director of Planning at the Ministry of Public Works in the O'Higgins Region, where his primary responsibility was coordinating the investment portfolio in public infrastructure for a region of one million inhabitants.

He is especially interested in public infrastructure, public management, and leadership. Patricio is convinced that the MPP will allow him to deepen his knowledge in his areas of interest and acquire new skills to face an increasingly challenging world.
