Omotayo graduated best in her class at the Nigerian law school in 2022 out of over 5,000 students. She brings two years of legal practice experience from a leading African law firm. In that role, she advised a diverse range of clients, including government agencies, leading corporations, and international organisations. She specialised in providing strategic counsel on a range of critical areas, including legislative framework reforms, policy development, regulatory compliance, transaction advisory, and telecommunications.

As part of the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice, Omotayo handled complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. She is passionate about leveraging her legal expertise and policy acumen to enhance organisational development and operational efficiency, supporting governments and institutions in implementing sustainable reforms and evidence-based solutions.
