Nouf began her career as a project manager at the Diwan of Royal Court, a socio-economic think tank set up to support the agenda of His Majesty in Oman, before joining the founding team of the Royal Academy of Management, where she now leads the Centre for Future Readiness. For Nouf, future readiness has three parts: a government that works well, a private sector that can grow and innovate, and citizens with a better quality of life. She works across both public and private sectors, from executive development to public private dialogues that shape long-term plans. Nouf holds a degree in business administration from the Modern College of Business and Science, affiliated with the University of Missouri, St Louis, along with several professional certifications. At the MPP, she wants to explore how government and the private sector can work together more effectively, so a strong state, a strong market and citizen wellbeing support each other rather than compete.
