Nondumiso is Zimbabwean with a deep love for her country and Namibia, where she recently graduated with a BA in Social Work (Honors) from the University of Namibia. Deeply committed to public service, her governance experience spans serving as UNAMs SRC for Community Development and Gender Affairs, a Student Electoral Commissioner and National Secretary of Gender, Disability, Marginalized Communities & Social Welfare Affairs at the Namibian National Students Organization. Driven by grassroots impact, Nondumiso founded the UNAM DeveIopment Society for SDG awareness, coordinated projects for the Windhoek Rotaract Club and supported UNICEFs Transforming Education Systems team. Her professional background includes social work practice at the Ministry of Health and Social Services, and communications with the African Pathfinders Leaders Initiative. Her key policy interests focus on social policy, particularly quality accessible education and institutional accountability, GBV, mental health and disability advocacy.
