biography

Noah proudly hails from Ajax, Ontario, Canada, where he was raised in a diverse community that nurtured his passion for humanitarianism. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in both Peace, Conflict, and Justice and Drama from the University of Toronto. At his undergraduate college, Victoria College, Noah worked with the Office of the President to implement the "Scarborough Charter" on Anti-Black Racism and Black Inclusion in Canadian Higher Education, culminating in its signing in February 2024.

Noah is pursuing the MPP to gain policymaking skills and meet scholars and professors with a wide array of academic and professional backgrounds. His goal is for these newfound perspectives to inform his ability to become an effective changemaker in the two areas he is most passionate about: humanitarian crisis response and homelessness prevention. Noah is a Rhodes Scholar.
