Noah graduated from Princeton University with a degree in public and international affairs and recently completed an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Oxford University, where he focused on the politics of transitional justice and victims' experiences of war crimes trials. Noah is passionate about human rights diplomacy, corporate accountability, and combatting impunity for atrocity crimes, and has worked in these areas at InterJust, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, the US State Department, the Empirical Studies of Conflict network, the Danish Institute for Human Rights, and the UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict. In his free time, Noah enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing the drums, as well as exploring Oxford's coffee shops and sometimes working as a barista. His studies are supported by the Sachs Scholarship.
