biography

Noa is from Israel and graduated cum laude with a BA in PPE from Tel-Aviv University, where she studied on a full merit-based scholarship. During her degree, Noa interned as an economic advisor for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and served as a teaching assistant for the head of the PPE program. Alongside her studies, Noa worked full-time as a management consultant for Strategy& at PwC, where she became the youngest engagement manager and led numerous strategy projects for leading Israeli and international companies, focusing on mergers and acquistions. Most recently, Noa was strategy and business operations manager at Team8, a leading Israeli VC group, where she served as an investor and work closely with founders on ideation and company-building efforts.

Noa is interested in the intersection between policy and innovation, particularly around the regulation of emerging technologies, national innovation strategies and innovation diplomacy.

Noa is a Rhodes scholar.
