Njoki is a Kenyan policy practitioner, storyteller, and facilitator whose work spans Kenya, Canada, and Indonesia. With a systems-thinking lens, she blends grassroots experience and public policy to drive inclusive, evidence-based solutions. Her work includes evaluating community-led environmental and rural development projects, and supporting youth-led policy campaigns. In Canada, she mentored emerging leaders through a youth public policy programme and co-developed an alumni strategy to increase project impact. She expresses her passion for community storytelling through essays, public speaking, and poetry exploring governance, connection, and mental health. At Oxford, she aims to co-create policy tools grounded in curiosity, connection, and dreaming.
