Nicole Merola is a Programme Administrator in the Executive Programmes team at the Blavatnik School of Government, responsible for the planning and delivery aspects of the school’s executive education programmes, as well as supporting other emerging programmes.

Prior to joining the School in March 2023, she worked in a range of voluntary and statutory social care organisations both frontline and intervention services. She specialised in Child Protection and had significant experience of improving play opportunities for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Nicole graduated with a BA in Early Childhood Studies with Oxford Brookes University and has a BA in Social Work with The Open University.
