Nichanun, known as Nat, was born and raised in Thailand and most recently worked on US-funded international development programs in the Asia Division with the implementer, American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. Her key policy interests are in human rights, sustainable development, gender and social inclusion, and gender-based violence.

Nat graduated with a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, with a major in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies in 2022. Previously, Nat worked with women's rights NGOs in Thailand and interned at Cheewid Social Enterprise in Thailand, and served as a UNHCR Research Panelist for the Oxbridge Human Development Research group.
