Moitshepi is a lawyer and social innovator from Botswana committed to strengthening government systems through evidence-based public policy. She co-founded Youth Impact in 2014, growing it into one of Botswana's largest youth-focused NGOs, delivering evidence-based education and health programmes across five countries. In partnership with the Government of Botswana, Youth Impact has achieved the historic milestone of nationwide implementation of Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) across every government primary school in Botswana. Moitshepi was the first woman to serve as Chairperson of the Botswana National Youth Council and the first Motswana recipient of The Queen's Young Leaders Award in 2016. She serves on the boards of D-Prize and Boitekanelo College. Moitshepi holds an LLB from the University of Botswana, and is an Obama Leader Africa alumna. Her policy interests include education, social welfare, and labour.
