Minaud is a Haitian public health specialist with over sixteen years of experience in programme development, management, and evaluation in the public and private sectors. He was the Country Director for Vitamin Angels Haiti, a nutrition-focused international organisation. Minaud holds a Medical Doctor degree from the Université Notre Dame d’Haïti and a Master’s of Public Health from Quisqueya Université in Haiti. He also completed a MicroMaster of Leadership in Global Development from the University of Queensland, a certificate of Leadership, Organising and Action from Harvard Kennedy School and of Effective Leadership through Emotional Intelligence from the University of Oxford.
Over the last nine years Minaud has been a strong advocate to review and strengthen Haiti's nutrition policies for children and pregnant women, providing technical expertise and resources to a network of over 70 program partners including NGOs, the Haitian Ministries of Health and of Education.
Minaud is a Joint Japan/World Bank scholar.
