Milan is a lawyer and policy practitioner who recently completed the MPP at the School.
MIlan's recent interdisciplinary work as a policy practitioner has focused on challenges at the intersection of democracy and emerging technologies; concerning the physical infrastructure underpinning the Internet; and relating to the interaction between Artificial Intelligence, hate speech, dis/misinformation and extremism.
He founded The Legal Forecast to empower new ideas and change through the lens of innovation and access to justice, and has worked with leading organisations in digital policy, innovation and security including the Defence Materials Technology Centre, the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, and the Human Technology Institute (UTS).
Formerly, MIlan was a litigation lawyer for Australian law firm McCullough Robertson, serving clients across the construction and technology sectors.
Milan is a John Monash and Blavatnik School of Government Scholar.
