Mary is from Nigeria and a first-class mass communication graduate of Covenant University. Currently she serves as a Senior Legislative Aide to the Speaker of the National Assembly. She also works as a Government Affairs and Policy Manager at Policy Vault Africa where their reach spans over fifteen countries. Mary has worked across East and West Africa advancing gaming tech and space tech policies in Nigeria, having worked with organisations like Space X and Pawapay. She pioneered the policy and advocacy department at Sheevolution Africa, a leadership development institution for young girls, where she led the Be A Leader Africa tour. Mary served as a programme manager in the youth wing of the largest political party in Africa advancing empowerment for thousands nationally. She also emerged as the Most Outstanding Fellow of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative by the Chief of Staff to the President. Mary’s policy interests include gender, education and governance.
