As an HR Officer, Martin’s responsibilities extend to managing recruitment campaigns, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and effective HR management. He will be focused on projects aimed at leveraging technology tools to automate and streamline HR processes, contributing to the School's HR operational efficiency and success.

Prior to joining the School, Martin accumulated valuable experience as HR professional in the IT services domain, serving notable companies like IBM and Ascendion Engineering. His roles encompassed not only Human Resource professionalism but also project management expertise, particularly in HR administration, business partnering, and optimising HR systems and analytics.

Martin holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in Human Resources, solidifying his academic foundation in the field. Additionally, he is a certified HR Analytics Professional, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
