biography

Marc completed a bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics at Paris Nanterre University, and then pursued a double master’s in European law and Environmental policy at École Normale Supérieure, Rennes. He then gained several diplomatic experiences in Boston, Paris, Brussels, and Rome, having the opportunity to take part in international negotiations as a member of the French delegation, first at the Council of the European Union and later at the FAO and the WFP. Marc contributed to the Paris Olympics during an internship at the Prime Minister’s administration in 2024, where he coordinated ministerial communications about the Games.
Marc's primary policy interests lie in global cooperation and international negotiations, with a particular focus on environmental and digital transition policy.
