Malak is an interdisciplinary thinker working at the intersection of technology, education, and social innovation. She completed a dual BSc in Computer Science and Cognitive & Brain Sciences, where she researched empathy and resilience in conflict zones. She is currently the project manager of an executive systems-leadership programme at Small Giants Academy. Malak's previous work experience spans grassroots conflict resolution, project management, and strategic roles within education initiatives and purpose-driven ventures, from facilitating cross-national dialogue at education nonprofit to supporting business development at a biotech startup. She is interested in exploring how governance and technology can drive system-level change and enable disadvantaged communities to live with dignity, agency, and justice.
