biography

Madison graduated from Agnes Scott College, a historically women’s institution, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Religious Studies, specialising in Global Learning. She is from Savannah, Georgia in the USA, and her academic and professional journey has been deeply rooted in women’s rights and gender-based violence policy.

Madison's experiences at The Carter Center, the Women’s Resource Center to End Domestic Violence, and the US House of Representatives have solidified her commitment to advocating for women’s access to justice and safety, both locally and globally.

Madison is a Rhodes scholar.
