Madison is a Programme Manager in the Executive Programmes team and is responsible for managing the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) course on Economics for Foreign Policy. This programme aims to equip policymakers with the tools to apply economic analysis effectively and confidently, enabling better decision-making on the ground. She also manages the online programme portfolio within the Executive Programmes team.

Before joining the School, Madison was Programme Manager for the Refugee Economies Programme at the Department of International Development, University of Oxford, where she coordinated research programmes in Uganda and Kenya and conducted research on the economic lives of refugees. She has a particular interest in the role of storytelling in research and public engagement and, as part of this work, produced a documentary film which premiered at DocVille in 2026. She has written for The New Humanitarian and is a co-author of a forthcoming book with Oxford University Press. Previously, Madison worked with the British Council's Global Social Enterprise Programme, where she supported the coordination of the Social Enterprise World Forum in Addis Ababa and worked with policymakers to promote social enterprise policy globally.

Madison holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford.
