Lucilla is the Programme Manager for Climate Policy Hub, for which she provides administrative management and research support.

Before joining the Hub, Lucilla was a Research Assistant at Oxford Net Zero and the Lemann Programme, and a MPP student at the School, from the 2021 class. Lucilla is originally from Brazil, where she served in local and regional governments, working on open government and innovation policies.
