Logan Williams is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Quantitative Economics.

While a student, Logan worked as an intern at the U.S. Development Finance Corporation and completed a summer policy fellowship with the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He is also currently a research intern for the Climate Change and (In)security Project, a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the UK Army, where he has worked on climate security policy within the Ministry of Defense. Logan was most recently a member of the Blavatnik School MPP Class of 2021.

During his second year at Oxford, he hopes to research the intersections of climate change and national security policy. Logan is a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy and will serve on fast attack submarines after his time at Oxford.
