Li is a Singaporean public policy professional with five years of experience across government and consulting, with a focus on digital policy and regional initiatives across Southeast Asia. She began her career as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, contributing to national policy positions across APEC, WIPO, the WTO and major multilateral development banks. At Access Partnership, she has led and supported regional initiatives including the ASEAN Responsible AI Roadmap, ASEAN Digital Trade Standards Roadmap and ASEAN Smart Cities Investment Toolkit, working with governments, industry and development partners across the region. Li’s policy interests include AI governance and digital public infrastructure, particularly how complex policy ambitions can be translated into practical, scalable and inclusive outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from the National University of Singapore.
