Laman is from Azerbaijan and studied political science at the Academy of Public Administration in Azerbaijan, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. For almost a decade Laman has worked at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations (SAPSSI), focusing on youth development, supporting small entrepreneurs, and handling public and international relations. Laman currently manages the Decorative-applied folk art department at the ABAD public legal entity, part of SAPSSI. Laman is fascinated by AI technology's impact on socio-economic life and its potential to revolutionise industries and improve lives.

Looking ahead, Laman is determined to keep learning, advocate for positive change, and use her knowledge to contribute to a brighter future for her country and beyond.
