Before coming to the Blavatnik School of Government, Kevin worked as a consultant with Washington Business Dynamics. In addition to founding the firm’s state and local practice, he provided policy and financial support to clients at the Department of Defense and in Kansas City, Missouri.

Kevin graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.

As an undergraduate, he pursued his policy interests in intergovernmental affairs and government accountability during internships with the Public Interest Law Center, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Public Financial Management, and the government watchdog Committee of Seventy.
