Kenneth is from Jakarta, Indonesia, with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), graduating with honours from Universitas Indonesia. He is a public policy practitioner who recently worked in the Executive Office of the Indonesian President, focusing on the delivery of the President's priority programmes, such as for the environment (equitable land use, forestry management, and the carbon market) and access to health (quality improvement of state-owned hospitals, the national campaign of priority spending of domestically produced medical devices).
Besides being in government, Kenneth is the Deputy Director of an emerging think-tank based in Jakarta called Policy Plus, which focuses on research, advocacy, and training in relevant policy areas such as sustainability, development, and human rights.
