Born in Baguio City, Philippines, Kendrick is a Lieutenant in the Philippine Navy currently serving as the Security Officer and Military Aide to the Vice President of the Philippines. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2016 with a degree in Systems Engineering and has served as a Surface Warfare Officer on various naval warships deployed at the South China Sea thereafter. Over the course of the MPP, he wishes to bridge frontline maritime defence expertise with rigorous strategic frameworks, exploring the intersection of national security policy, technological disruption, and contemporary geopolitical governance.
