June is a highly accomplished public servant from the Philippines with over a decade of experience in various government roles.

He began his career in local government where he successfully pioneered and managed the provincial communications office as well as the youth development office. The latter was eventually recognized by the Department of Interior and Local Government as one of the ten outstanding local government initiatives in 2015.

After receiving an Australian government scholarship at the University of Sydney, June was invited to join the Philippine government as Director for Public Affairs at the Department of Education. He played a crucial role in crafting the national campaign for education quality which eventually became 'Sulong Edukalidad' (Quality Education Forward), and then joined the legislative branch as the chief of staff to the Deputy Majority Leader at the House of Representatives of the Philippines.

June is a Chevening scholar.
