Julian is a policy analyst from Warsaw, Poland who moved to the UK in 2020 to study Politics and International Relations at UCL, where he graduated with honours. Julian worked in the UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero on green gas and grid decarbonisation, as part of a wider effort to reach Net Zero by 2050. He also worked as an analyst in the PZU Group - a major insurance company.

Julian is committed to helping the victims of the conflict so close to his family home, organising fundraising events for Ukrainian refugees and regularly volunteering in a donation centre, sorting and packaging vital aid. He is currently helping young Ukrainians learn English through weekly sessions organised by the EngIn Foundation. Julian's policy interests focus on the energy transition, climate change and the political economy.
