Julia is from Uganda and holds a Bachelors in International Business with an outstanding CGPA of 4.92, topping over 12,000 fellow graduates at Makerere University. Julia is a Teaching Assistant at Makerere University Business School in the department of International Business and Trade. She is also a founder of a non profit organisation called Teach Mentor Educate (TME) that seeks to improve access to quality education in marginalised communities and offers mentorship to students on areas of personal growth and career development.

Julia has been proactive in mainstream youth and student leadership including the National Youth Parliament, East African Youth Parliament and served over 7 million students as Vice President of the Uganda National Students Association. Julia currently serves with the UNESCO SDG 4 Youth Network and Commonwealth Students Association. She has a keen interest in economic, social and global cooperation policies.
