Josh Franks joined the Blavatnik School of Government in January 2024 as an Apprentice Business Administrator and will be working across three different teams, starting with Admissions. He achieved 3 A Levels before becoming a Painter and Decorator.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends and keeping fit and active by playing golf and running. When he is not watching Oxford United with his season ticket, he likes to travel to different places to explore different cultures. Josh also has a keen interest in basketball and American football.
