Jan is a policy professional from Poland with a background in digital policy analysis, advocacy and EU affairs. Most recently, Jan worked as a project manager at a tech-focused industry organisation, where he monitored both national and EU tech policy developments and coordinated joint policy positions.

Jan's experience includes working as a policy analyst at a leading tech company, where he assessed the impact of regulation on the enterprise and developed strategies to communicate related policy positions. He began his career in the public sector at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, coordinating Poland’s involvement in the General Affairs Council within the Department of the Committee for European Affairs.

Jan holds an MSci in International Relations and Global Issues with Quantitative Methods from the University of Nottingham. HIs key interests include European politics and technology policy, particularly in AI and Cloud.
