Ivan joined the Blavatnik School of Government in October 2023, initially as a Teaching Facilitator and later moving into the role of Programme Assistant in October 2024. In this role, he primarily provides daily support for the delivery of lectures, seminars, and other teaching sessions, as well as administrative assistance for the Master of Public Policy (MPP) programme.

Before joining the School, Ivan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Design (Social Design) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He also holds an associate degree in media studies, which preceded his undergraduate studies. In his free time, Ivan enjoys playing rugby, and participating in outdoor activities.
