Born and raised in the Dallas, Texas area, Isaac graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with majors in Government and Plan II Honours and a minor in LGBTQ+ Studies. After graduation, Isaac worked in New York City as a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs, where he had the opportunity to experience a variety of jobs including at the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 28, Global Strategy Group, and the American LGBTQ+ Museum. He served as a White House Intern in the Biden-Harris Administration, working in the Presidential Personnel Office to vet political appointees for the Climate and Science division.
Last year, Isaac completed the MSt in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Oxford and co-founded a non-profit organization called OutVote, which seeks to build a sustainable culture of civic engagement among the LGBTQIA+ community in the United States.
Isaac is a Rhodes scholar.
