biography

Inam Teja is undertaking the Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government to build on his skills as a social impact generalist.

Inam has spent the last three years working in Tajikistan, first as an Aga Khan Foundation Canada Fellow for the start-up incubator Accelerate Prosperity and then as the inaugural CFO of Ilmhona, a young and rapidly growing technology skills accelerator that provides Tajik youth with an alternative to labour emigration.

With honours degrees in globalisation studies and business administration from Western University, Inam is excited to add broader policy skills to his toolbox and enhance his capacity to help others. He is particularly fascinated by the intersection of technology and human rights, and political processes that protect or erode digital freedoms.
