Huei-chun leads the coordination of assessment and examination processes for the Master of Public Policy and MSc in Public Policy Research programmes, overseeing assessment planning, examination delivery and regulatory compliance to maintain the highest standards of assessment quality.

Before taking on her current role, she was Academic Planning Coordinator at the Blavatnik School of Government, where she was responsible for the operational planning and delivery of the School's teaching programmes. Prior to joining the Blavatnik School, she was a researcher at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School. She has many years of experience working in higher education in both the UK and Taiwan.
