biography

Henry was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he majored in American politics and minored in grand strategy. His undergraduate research focused on the U.S. military's approach to Great Power Competition (GPC) and Irregular Warfare.

Henry spent his free time representing the U.S. in various military skills competitions and interning for the Irregular Warfare Initiative before commissioning into the Army as an infantry officer. His other relevant experiences include completing the U.S. Army's Ranger School and interning for his district's congressman on Capitol Hill. Henry spent the past year completing an MA in International Conflict Studies within the War Studies Department at King's College London. His dissertation seeks to understand Russia's approach to information confrontation in the aftermath of illegitimate offensive military campaigns to provide insights to policymakers at the eventual conclusion of the Ukraine war.

Henry is a Brasenose-Blavatnik-Marshall Scholar.
