Sui He graduated from the Law School of Shandong University and Renmin Business School.

Sui He has worked as a civil servant in several different ministries in Beijing, specialising in public security and fiscal tasks.

One of many highlights in Sui He's career has been working at international events such as Boao Forum for Asia, the Belt and Road Forum, and the BRICS Summit.

Sui He joined China’s largest OTA corporation in order to promote cooperation and understanding between public and private sectors and is keen to re-think the efficiency and quality of cybersecurity and economic policies from a broader perspective.

In the future, Sui He plans to combine frontier interdisciplinary theories with practical experience and contribute to policy making in areas such as economic development and business management. Sui He is an Oxford-Creat Group Scholar.
