biography

Gloria is from São Paulo, Brazil, and has worked in public policy implementation in the public sector and NGOs in Brazil for over nine years. In the public sector, Gloria has experience in management, innovation and technology, and in the non-profit sector with managing literacy public policy projects in 18 Brazilian states, acting as a leader in racial equity strategy, relationships with international investors and fundraising.

Gloria belongs to the ID_BR network and the Lemann Foundation's Alcance Program. She has a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Public Management (Center for Public Leadership), a Bachelor's degree in science and humanity and in public policy from the Federal University of ABC, where she co-founded the UFABC Alumni Network of the Bachelor of Public Policy. During the MPP Gloria plans to focus in technology and artificial inteligence regulation, racial and gender equality, and how those themes impact policies in the Global South.
