Gan-Ochir (Gana) is from Mongolia and hold an LLB, LLM and PhD in Law from the National University of Mongolia. Over the past two decades he has served in senior roles in government, including as Advisor to the Prime Minister and to the Democratic Party Caucus in Parliament, and as President of the Mongolian Democratic Youth Association representing over 100000 young people. HIs career has focused on democratic reform, youth engagement, governance, and public policy. Gana has led national policy dialogues, electoral reform initiatives, and international democracy conferences, connecting Mongolia with global best practices. His key policy interests include strengthening democratic institutions, promoting transparency, and creating inclusive policymaking that empowers underrepresented voices.
