Fiona Kam is a Programme Administrator in the Executive Programmes team at the Blavatnik School of Government, responsible for the planning and delivery aspects of the School’s executive education programmes, as well as supporting other emerging programmes.

Prior to joining the School in February 2023, she worked at The Institute for Public Policy at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, planning and supporting the running of executive education programmes and other academic events. Fiona also completed her master’s in Global Political Economy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
