biography
Felix is a policy professional in Washington, D.C. who has navigated the halls of Congress over the last four years. Most recently, he was a Senior Policy Advisor to Congressman Ted Lieu, for whom he led a policy portfolio encompassing health care, civil rights, education, agency oversight, and antitrust issues. He engaged with an array of advocacy groups, public agencies, and private industry to drive the legislative process and serve our constituents. Previously, Felix served legislative roles for Congresswoman Jackie Speier and U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. Among his accomplishments were authoring legislation to reform the federal prison system and securing millions in funding to preserve the San Francisco Bay. Before becoming a congressional aide, Felix served roles on multiple political campaigns, including the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign and the 2020 Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University.
