Fadl is a communications professional and policy consultant with experience in government reform, strategic communications and public policy. He recently served as Communications Lead and Advisor to the Lebanese Minister of State for Administrative Reform where he contributed to national reform initiatives including Reinventing Government 2030 and supported international engagement. He has worked with public institutions, international partners, and development stakeholders on governance reform and public sector modernisation. He co-founded Eli Accelerate, a consultancy focused on sustainable strategy and institutional development and has worked with NGOs and UNIDO. Fadl holds degrees in political science and business economics from the University of Amsterdam, and completed an exchange at Sciences Po. His interests include governance reform, state capacity, institutional trust, and the role of technology and communication in public institutions.
