Esther is a budget analyst at the Ghanian Ministry of Finance with seven years of experience in mobilising external resources from the United Nations system to support national development priorities. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in political science and international affairs from the University of Ghana. Esther's policy interests include effective public service delivery, development cooperation, and regional integration, with a focus on strengthening intra African trade. She has received awards including the John Agyekum Kufuor Scholars Award, the Emerging Public Leaders Fellowship, the Orange Knowledge Scholarship, and the V20 Climate Prosperity Fellowship at Boston University. Outside work and academics, Esther runs a community project for children in squatter communities inspiring them to value education. She enjoys cycling and lawn tennis. Esther is a Joint Japan/World Bank scholar.
