Élodie is a proud Montrealer who truly loves her city. After completing a degree in business administration, she began her career in management consulting, specialising in strategy. She chooses to focus primarily on public and parapublic sector clients, motivated by a desire to contribute to the institutions and policies that shape society. After consulting, Élodie joined Hydro-Québec, a state-owned utility and cornerstone of Quebec’s economic development and energy transition. There, she had the opportunity to develop the province’s first solar strategy and to contribute to various strategic plans. Alongside her professional career, Élodie has remained engaged in public life through both partisan and non-partisan initiatives. Among other experiences, she led Quebec’s Youth Parliament, and served as president of her municipal political party. Élodie’s interests in public policy span a wide range of issues, and she hopes the MPP will broaden her horizons and expose her to new policy domains.
