biography

Si Jie (Elizabeth) believes in tackling domestic and global challenges with an interdisciplinary approach. During her time at Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and High Commission in London, she supported foreign policies to position Singapore as a credible mediator of diverging interests amid geopolitical and geoeconomic fragmentation. She seeks to uncover new creative strategies to build Singapore's resilience against great power contestation and through mitigating external vulnerabilities, she will strive to safeguard people’s lives and livelihoods. Elizabeth graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a First Class Honours in BSc International Social and Public Policy.
