Dooior is a Principal Civil Engineer at the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing in the Department of Highways Construction & Rehabilitation (Highways North-East Zone) in Nigeria where he acquired 11 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of highway/bridge projects. He is passionate about good governance and has contributed significantly to the successful completion of road/bridge infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

Dooior holds a Master of Civil Engineering Degree from Saga University Japan and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Agriculture Makurdi. He is interested in policies that will enhance financing and the timely delivery of infrastructure projects. Upon completing the Master of Public Policy, Dooior intends to propose and facilitate the implementation of stringent policies that will improve budgeting, procurement, and design processes for road projects in Nigeria.
