biography
Diego is a Bolivian economist with over seven years of experience in research institutes and international organisations, mainly the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Union Delegation to Bolivia. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Universidad Católica Boliviana, fully funded by the Bachiller de Excelencia Scholarship, and a Masters degree in Economics with a specialisation in Economic Development from Universidad Privada Boliviana, funded entirely by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Diego specialises in academic writing, data analysis, project management, and science communication. As a researcher, his main areas of interest include macroeconomic sustainability, export diversification, and fiscal policy in South America. Diego is a Chevening scholar.
