Dalia holds a Batchelor degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where she graduated with Honours and was the top student in her class. She worked as a Public Affairs Consultant, developing lobbying strategies, conducting electoral analysis, mitigating political risks and fostering strategic relationships with government stakeholders on behalf of companies and organisations.

Dalia is a content creator on social media, where she produces videos on political issues in a fun and engaging manner to make politics more accessible to young people. She also give conferences on civic participation. Each Thursday Dalia participates as an expert on international politics on Milenio TV.
