Dalal is from Saudi Arabia and and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University. She has five years of experience focusing on cybersecurity regulations, where she has been deeply engaged in projects aimed at researching, developing and assessing regulations in light of ever-changing technologies and international threats.

Dalal has a passion for writing poetry and finds inspiration in the world of literature. She is looking forward to the MPP journey to enrich her insights on sound policymaking and enable her to further develop her expertise to make meaningful contributions to society.

Dalal is a Saudi Government scholar.
