From Saudi Arabia, Dalal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from King Saud University with First Class Honours. With over five years working on cybersecurity, she has been deeply engaged in researching, designing and evaluating policies and regulations in response to rapidly evolving technologies and global threats. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded the development and establishment of large-scale cybersecurity oversight frameworks.

Dalal’s policy interests lie at the intersection of security and emerging technologies. She seeks to integrate technical grounding with strategic policy insight to address complex, high-impact challenges facing societies today.

Dalal is a Saudi Government scholar.
