Chunchen Fu was born in the poorest province of China, Guizhou and was fortunate enough to witness how globalisation changed China and his life.
This cultivated his deep interest to study international trade and Chunchen strove to enrol in the Shanghai Customs College to study globalisation. He chose international trade as his career and served in customs after graduation with aspirations to improve international trade activity in his hometown.
Chunchen was selected to become a technical member of the Guiyang Customs Office for Tariffs, Yangtze River Basin Customs and the data analytics specialist committee at the national level.
Chunchen's key policy interests lie in promoting globalisation to help improve the conditions of underdeveloped regions to ensure that they can better integrate with the rest of the world.
